About Seven Arrows Design Co: Seven Arrows Design Co. is primarily a leather jewelry store. We have been creating the perfect gift from faux leather and genuine leather earrings for over nine years. We started out using only vegan, faux leather in a variety of prints and styles, mainly for friends and family. We are now producing more genuine leather, wood, and acrylic earrings and gift products due to market demand.

All of our earring options are lightweight and easy on your earlobes.  If an item creates excess weight (i.e. stag antler charm), it will be noted on the listing or earring card. They are are easy to gift through the mail. Be sure to wear your silicone rubber nut that comes with your earrings; because they are lightweight, they can wiggle out of your ears if you do not have the nut secured on the earring.

We accept Paypal or debit/credit cards using the Square checkout system. We also accept cash, Venmo, and FB Pay at in-person events.

All jewelry store orders $35 or more ship FREE! Orders under $35 ship with tracking for an additional $5. I am always willing to meet up with customers in Deer Park, Loon Lake, Clayton, or North Spokane in the Wandermere shopping area. Let's find you the perfect gift!

Yes! You can find gift cards at the bottom of our home page. We also love to support our community and will consider donations to local auctions/benefits/etc.

If you are giving one of our products as a gift and need it to be sent directly to the recipient, please indicate so in the comments at checkout. We are happy to create a card with your chosen phrase/greeting and signed with your name to include with our product(s). A preview will be sent by email for your approval.

 Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Items are shipped via USPS and average delivery times of 1-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number to your email on file. During the holiday season, allow up to seven USPS business days; they are busy! PLEASE NOTE: Orders, including custom requests, will not ship until your invoice has been paid in full.  

 Genuine leather jewelry contains natural tannin that promotes oxidation. Keep clear of any water, makeup and hair products. Jewelry should be the last thing you put on in a morning routine. Hair sprays, perfumes and products can accelerate tarnishing of the metals if sprayed directly on the earrings. That being said, love your earrings! Makeup, quirks, and rubs are part of the "patina" look on well-loved pieces. Do avoid heavy rain/water/pools for genuine leather & wood as much as possible.

Earrings should be stored by hanging or placing flat on a level surface. Do not store your earrings in a bathroom or other room with excessive humidity.

If earrings curl while wearing, your earrings should smooth out with your fingers. If your earrings bend, use an iron on the lowest heat possible, placing a towel between the earring and the iron. Some have used a flat iron with a thin washcloth around the item, then pressed and ironed gently.

If you notice discoloration of the earring hooks/studs, use jewelry polishing cloth to clean. Leather can be gently wiped/patted with a slightly damp cloth and left on a clean cloth to dry. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to jewelry being a intimate item. We will offer an exact or similar replacement if an item breaks or is defective due to our error within 30 days of purchase. Yes! We have created school colors, bridal selections, bridesmaid thank-yous, and more! Payment will be requested upfront prior to acquisition/creation. Custom designs may take additional time due to acquisition and creation of products.

Yes, we have three dogs and three cats. We understand that this is a concern for some shoppers; however, we strive to prevent any product contact with animals.
